Everyone that trains in the Pain Cave does their deadlifts, step throughs and jumps with the finishing hip movement from the KB clean. I just found this awesome pic from Zach’s site demonstrating this. We as fighters need to open the hips up so when you shoot on someone you can get lower then them, kick harder and higher then them and win the fight.
All movement starts from the hips. The hip complex and the knees generate more power than any other set of muscle groups in the body. Work proper form with these exercises and function will come….nick
