Time is intangible.
Yesterday is gone, did it really happen? Tomorrow has yet to come, its promise not broken yet…
Still, time does not exist.
The only give away is the once nimble body now struggles to go up a set of stairs, aided only by the railing on the side and the will to get to the top.
Only the “now” matters.
Did you train today, or did you workout? Did you accomplish everything you set out to do, or were you held back by some semblance of fear because you were afraid to journey to the other side?
Does pain frighten you?
Bravery only exists in the face of fear.
It is easy to be brave when there is nothing to lose.
Time is easily lost to fear.
One cannont be brave all the time.
That means that you are always afraid.
Yesterday didn’t matter, it doesn’t exist.
Tomorrow matters, but not yet.
You can be afraid of tomorrow today,
But you cannot be afraid of the past.
To give into fear for yesterday’s actions means you have no time to plan for tomorrow.
If you have no time to plan for tomorrow, then you are now.
The NOW is all that matters.
And yet again, another now.
The end of this post is coming, just like life.
But not yet.
There will be many “nows” between here and there.
Many chances to be brave, or afraid.
Live not in the past.
Think not of the morrow.
Be brave in the now.
