My apologies on not being able to post- there has been an issue getting data out of Garmin Connect. Here is Monday’s session:
Warm Up- Standard KB Warm Up
Heavy Bag Tabata 3 x 5 x 1min on w 30 sec rest and 3 pull ups in between each round (each 1 min RD)
I tried to run splits but its hard to push a little button on a watch with boxing gloves on
