Memorial Day Murph 2016- final days of preparation
As the final week before the Memorial Day Murph 2016 grinds by, if you plan on attending, we ask that you please fill out the form below so we can get a head count for food and such. And, you don’t have to do the workout to come hang out afterward. It’s a Monday- day off for most of us. Bring your favourite beverage, cigar etc and come out and enjoy the festivities.
Sitrep: Monday, May 30th we will be hosting the Memorial Day Murph 2016
Mission: 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run (for time)
General Instructions: Sign up below to receive the location and further instruction
Uniform: T Shirt, Shorts or pants, shoes or boots, 20lbs in either body armor or weight vest
Schedule: Workout starts at 10am, party starts when last competitor cross the finish line and rings the bell
Special Instructions: Please make sure to sign up so we can prepare food and beverages accordingly. You can bring extra food or beverages if you would like.
It may be hot, it may not be. Plan on bringing water to drink
