MURPH TRAINING DAY 21:
“Death By Pull-Up”
- Complete 1 pull-up at the top of minute 1, then rest the remainder of that minute.
- Add 1 rep each following minute.
- Minute 2, complete 2 pull-ups. Minute 3, complete 3 pull-ups.
- Minute 4, complete 4 pull-ups… and so on, adding one rep per minute until you are unable to complete the work before the end of the minute.
Monday is Day 21. Beginners, substitute banded pull-ups, do not use jumping pull-ups today. To scale the workout up, wear a 20 lb vest.
